Great games for our kids - ages 7 and 11 and a great location which I’m guessing is even more amazing in the summer! Communication from Cressida was excellent and checking in and out very simple. Would recommend for a family trip!

Cressida the host had 100% brilliant communications and the check in was faultless.
The lodge itself is absolutely immaculate and brilliantly furnished to an amazing standard. It felt like home immediately. The location is faultless. A sea view straight from the balcony and only 50 meters walk to the main camp clubhouse.

The caravan itself is homely clean and warm with everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Full size fridge freezer and all the creature comforts you could ask for. Me and my partner loved the rattan canopy seat on the decking soaking in the autumn sun with a bottle of wine.. truly mesmerising. The hot tub was such a lovely treat also. We will absolutely returning 5* all round 🙏

We are a family of 6 adults & one 4yr old child, we never felt that we were cramped in the caravan.

It is also located very close to the water so on a nice sunny day, you would be guaranteed a lovely view. It comes very well stocked with cooking utensils and so anything you could imagine you would need was made available. I think anyone looking to enjoy a weekend away in Mersea would not be disappointed.

Everything you could wish for was available in the caravan and great communication from the owners - nothing was too much trouble. Kids had a great time biking round the site, swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. Lots of lovely little shops, cafes and restaurants near by too. Highly recommend this hidden gem - we will definitely be back. Thank you so much
